煤矿液压支架缸体漏液原因分析及对策

摘要: 进入新时代后,中国煤炭行业不断发展及社会对煤炭要求的提升,致使煤矿开采的规模越来越大。液压支架
是煤矿井下的主要机电设备之一,其稳定性会对整个煤矿生产的效率及安全性产生直接影响。通过对前期煤矿开采中的
状况进行分析,液压支架极容易产生缸体漏液的现象,降低了支架的承载能力,进而存在一定的安全隐患。因此,需要
及时分析缸体漏液的原因并采取相应的措施,以保障后期煤矿开采作业的安全性。从液压支架的结构特点出发,对2 种
常见缸体漏液类型及特点进行分析,阐述了导致缸体漏液的主要因素,并有针对性地提出应对缸体漏液的对策,以期能
为后期的开采提供一定的参考,提高煤矿生产作业的安全性与效率。

Abstract: After entering the new era, the continuous development of China's coal industry and the improvement of the society's
requirements for coal have led to the increasing scale of coal mining. Hydraulic support is one of the main electromechanical
equipment in the coal mine. Its stability will have a direct impact on the efficiency and safety of the whole coal mine production.
Through the analysis of the situation in the early coal mining, the hydraulic support is very easy to produce the phenomenon of
cylinder leakage, which reduces the bearing capacity of the support, and then there are certain safety risks. Therefore, it is
necessary to timely analyze the causes of cylinder leakage and take corresponding measures to ensure the safety of later coal
mining operations. Starting from the structural characteristics of the hydraulic support, this paper analyzed the two common types
and characteristics of cylinder leakage, expounded the main factors leading to cylinder leakage, and put forward the
countermeasures to deal with cylinder leakage, in order to provide some reference for later mining and improve the safety and
efficiency of coal mine production.
