复杂地质条件巷道围岩稳定性控制技术研究

摘要: 12203 运输巷在掘进至地质构造及顶板含水层影响区时,顶板破碎、裂隙发育以及顶板淋水,复杂地质条件给
巷道围岩控制带来挑战,原有的支护方式难以满足巷道掘进及后续使用需要。针对12203 运输巷现场条件,提出综合使
用锚网索+架棚+注浆方式控制围岩,并对围岩支护参数进行设计。现场应用后,12203 运输巷在复杂地质条件下掘进时
顶板基本不淋水且围岩变形得以有效控制,取得了较好的围岩支护效果。研究成果可为其他矿井类似围岩条件巷道支护
工作开展提供经验和借鉴。

Stability Control Technology of Roadway Surrounding Rock under Complex Geological Conditions

Abstract: When 12203 transport roadway is driven to the geological structure and the affected area of the roof aquifer, the roof is
broken, the cracks are developed, and the roof is flooded. The complex geological conditions bring challenges to the control of the
surrounding rock of the roadway. The original support method is difficult to meet the needs of roadway driving and subsequent
use. According to the site conditions of 12203 transport roadway, the comprehensive use of anchor net cable + shed erection +
grouting was proposed to control surrounding rock, and the support parameters of surrounding rock were designed. After the field
application, the roof of 12203 transport roadway is basically not drenched and the surrounding rock deformation is effectively
controlled when driving under complex geological conditions, and a good surrounding rock support effect is achieved. The research
results can provide experience and reference for the development of roadway support work under similar surrounding rock
conditions in other mines.
