新型矿用掘进机自动化改造设计研究

摘要: 针对镇城底矿掘进作业环境恶劣、自动化水平低、效率低等问题,提出了对现有掘进机电气系统进行自动化
改造,对系统结构、关键功能和程序进行设计,并在现场进行工业性试验。试验结果表明:改造后可实现对掘进机组的
全自动化控制截割,同时可进行掘进机组的摆速自适应;该系统可适应工作载荷的变化,基于截割电机负载、掘进机振
动频谱、液压系统压力等,自适应控制截割臂摆速和滚筒转速,实现了掘进自动化的基本要求。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of poor working environment, low automation level and low efficiency in the driving in
Zhenchengdi Coal Mine, this paper proposed to carry out automatic transformation of the electrical system of the existing
roadheaders, and designed the system structure, key functions and program. On-site industrial testing was carried out. The test
results show that: after the transformation, the fully automatic control cutting of the roadheader unit can be realized, and the swing
speed of the roadheader unit can be self-adapted at the same time; the system can adapt to the change of the working load, and
adaptively control the swing speed of the cutting arm and the rotation speed of the drum based on the load of the cutting motor,
the vibration spectrum of the roadheader, the pressure of the hydraulic system, etc., which can realize the basic requirements of
driving automation.
