高地压软岩巷道支护技术研究

摘要: 为解决红阳三矿千米深巷道在高地压下的支护技术难题,结合西三上采区-1 090 m回风大巷地质条件,经过
高地压软岩巷道变形破坏理论分析,提出了一次锚网索喷+浅孔注浆支护,二次锚网喷+深孔注浆复合支护。后期矿压监
测显示,该支护方案及参数合理,满足安全生产的需要。

Support Technology of Soft Rock Roadway with High Ground Pressure

Abstract: In order to solve the technical problem of support in the one kilometer-deep roadway under high ground pressure in
Hongyang No.3 Coal Mine, combined with the geological conditions of the -1 090 m return air roadway in west third upper mining
area, this paper proposed the support of primary anchor net and cable spraying + shallow hole grouting, and the composite support
of secondary anchor net spray + deep hole grouting after the theoretical analysis of the deformation and failure of the soft rock
roadways with high ground pressure. The later mine pressure monitoring showed that the support scheme and parameters were
reasonable and met the needs of safe production.
