摘要: 为了解决大倾角综放工作面末采期间耗时长的问题,缓解矿井采掘衔接紧张的局面,增加矿井经济效益,确
保矿井高效安全生产,引进了聚酯纤维柔性网快速停采工艺技术。通过聚酯纤维柔性网快速停采工艺技术在大倾角综放
工作面末采期间的应用,分析总结得出大倾角综放工作面末采期间采用聚酯纤维柔性网快速停采工艺技术相比传统金属
网锚杆(索) 停采工艺,在工时利用方面,整个末采工期缩短了7 d,同时简化了人工频繁运网、展网、联网、吊网等工
序,降低了作业人员劳动强度;在安全管理方面,避免了作业人员频繁进入机道内造成煤壁片帮伤人,也避免了支架回
收时三角区金属网剪切现象;在经济效益方面,虽然多花费了3.011 9×105元,但多创造经济效益2.24×107元。技术实
用可行,操作工序简单,末采提前,同时满足综放工作面末采技术及安全管理要求,取得了降本增效的效果,为今后进
一步推广应用该技术积累了宝贵的经验。

Practice Effect of Fast Stoping Mining Technology with Polyester Fiber Flexible Mesh in Fully Mechanized Caving Face with Large Dip Angle

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of long time-consuming in the final mining period of the fully mechanized caving face
with large dip angle, ease the tense situation of mining and excavation, increase the economic benefits of the mine, and ensure the
efficient and safe production of the mine, the polyester fiber flexible mesh fast stoping technology was introduced. Through the
application of the polyester fiber flexible mesh fast stoping technology in the final mining period of the fully mechanized caving
face with large dip angle, this paper analyzed and summarized that the polyester fiber flexible mesh fast stoping technology
adopted in the final mining period of the fully mechanized caving face with large dip angle was compared with the traditional
metal mesh anchor (cable) stoping technology, in terms of the utilization of man hours, the whole final mining period was shortened
by 7 d, and at the same time, simplified the manual frequent network transportation, network expansion, networking, and lifting,
and reduced the labor intensity of the operators; in terms of safety management, it avoided the operators from frequently entering
the tunnel, causing the coal wall to damage people, and also avoided the metal mesh shear phenomenon in the triangle area
during the support recovery; in terms of economic benefits, although 3.011 9伊105 yuan more was spent, 2.24伊107 yuan more
economic benefits were created. The technology is practical and feasible, the operation procedure is simple, and the final mining
is in advance. At the same time, it meets the requirements of the final mining technology and safety management of the fully
mechanized caving face, and has achieved the effect of reducing cost and increasing efficiency. It has accumulated valuable
experience for further popularization and application of the technology in the future.
