“双碳”目标下油气行业的机遇与挑战

摘要： 从供需角度探索油气企业发展机遇，对石油、天然气未来能源需求进行预测并分析，得出结论，在未来50 年
内，石油、天然气仍为主体能源。因此，基于“双碳”目标，油气行业应尽快完成企业转型，在现工作基础上，充分借
鉴国际石油公司应对气候变化的策略，并结合自身情况提出应对气候变化更具雄心的理念和愿景，为中国引领全球气候
治理方向提供更强有力的支持。

Opportunities and Challenges for Oil and Gas Industry under "Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality" Goals

Abstract: This paper explored the development opportunities of oil and gas enterprises from the perspective of supply and
demand, forecasted and analyzed the future energy demand of oil and natural gas, and concluded that oil and natural gas will still be
the main energy in the next 50 years. Therefore, based on the ""double carbon" goal, the oil and gas industry should complete the
enterprise transformation as soon as possible. On the basis of the existing work, it should fully learn from the strategies of international
oil companies to deal with climate change, and put forward more ambitious ideas and visions to deal with climate change in
combination with its own situation, so as to provide stronger support for China to lead the direction of global climate governance.
