摘要: 根据石洞沟煤业有限责任公司急倾斜煤层开采中沿空留巷支护方式的探索,得出高强度分体组合式柔性掩护
支架连体支护的可行性方案。针对柔性掩护支架安架护巷受力的工作原理,通过对支架材料受力中的抗弯能力、剪切力
的理论计算,结合受压试验,得到高强度分体组合式柔性掩护支架单架受冲击力时的抗弯曲、抗剪切性能依据,解决了
护巷后可靠回收支架的技术难题。

Development and Application of High-strength Split-combined Flexible Shielding Support

Abstract: According to the exploration of the gob-side entry retaining support method in the steeply inclined coal seam mining
of Shidonggou Coal Industry Co., Ltd., this paper obtained a feasible plan for conjoined support of high-strength split-combined
flexible shielding support. Aiming at the working principle of the force of the flexible shielding support installation and road
protection, through the theoretical calculation of the bending resistance and shear force of the support material under stress,
combined with the compression test, the basis for the bending and shearing resistance of a single high-strength split-combined
flexible shielding support under impact force was obtained, and the technical problem of reliable recovery of supports after
roadway protection was solved.
