摘要: 对低负荷下磨煤机的状态控制改造进行了探讨。针对燃煤机组投运制粉自动控制系统后,在低负荷自动调节
状态下制粉系统波动大,不能保持制粉系统最佳出力状态和安全、稳定、经济运行的问题,通过增加磨煤机运行状态监
测系统进行改造,将其原来的大幅度调节改为精细化调节,实现低负荷状态下系统的稳定运行。

Abstract: This paper discussed the state control reformation of coal mills under low load. In view of the problem that the
pulverizing system fluctuates greatly , and the pulverizing system cannot maintain the optimal output state and safe, stable and
economical operation under the low-load automatic adjustment state after the coal-fired unit is put into operation with automatic
pulverizing control system, the operation status monitoring system is transformed from the original large-scale adjustment to the
refined adjustment, so as to realize the stable operation of the system under low load conditions.
