摘要: 目前,随着技术的发展,中国电网对新能源发电的需求量越来越大。但新能源发电的随机性和波动性严重制
约了电网对其的消纳。因此,基于时序生产模拟的方法进行电网新能源跨区域消纳评估研究,同时,在新能源消纳时,
考虑了风电和光伏发电的输出特性、电网约束条件和跨区域电力交换、火电水电出力特性等因素,最后基于粒子群优化
算法计算最优消纳值。通过仿真实验分析,该消纳评估方案具有较好的消纳能力。

Abstract: At present, with the development of technology, new energy generation in power grid in China is increasing. However, the
randomness and volatility of new energy generation severely restrict the power grid's consumption of new energy. Thus, this paper
studied the evaluation of cross-regional new energy consumption in power grid based on timing production simulation. In the
proposed method, the output characteristics of wind power and photovoltaic power generation, power grid constraints and interregional
power exchange, thermal power and hydropower output characteristics were considered. Further, the particle swarm
optimization algorithm was used for computing the optimal consumption. Through the simulation experiments analysis, the evaluation
scheme is verified that has a better ability for new energy consumption.
