临沂农村家庭烹饪燃料状况及清洁燃料使用对策

摘要： 固体烹饪燃料对社会经济的影响是近几年的主要研究领域之一。基于对临沂农村家庭烹饪燃料使用状况的问
卷调查，用二值Logit回归对调查数据进行分析。回归结果显示，临沂农村家庭烹饪燃料以清洁家庭燃料为主，收入是影
响烹饪燃料选择的主要因素，居住地区、住房类型、家庭规模以及户主性别、年龄、婚姻状态、职业和教育对临沂农村
家庭烹饪燃料选择有明显影响。促进临沂农村家庭清洁烹饪燃料的使用需要建设多种能源相互补充的能源系统，提供更
多非农就业机会，增加农民收入，提高农村居民受教育水平，加强农村地区的燃料供应。

Situation of Household Cooking Fuel and Countermeasures for Use of Clean Fuel in
Linyi Rural Areas

Abstract: The influence of solid cooking fuel on social economy is one of the main research fields in recent years. Based on the
questionnaire survey on the cooking fuel use of rural household in Linyi, this paper used binary Logit regression to analyze the
survey data. The regression results show that the rural household cooking fuel in Linyi is mainly clean fuel, and income is the
main factor affecting the choice of cooking fuel, the residential area, housing type, family size, sex, as well as the age, marital
status, occupation and education of the householder have obvious effects on the choice of rural household cooking fuel in Linyi. To
promote the use of clean cooking fuel in rural households in Linyi, it is necessary to build an energy system with multiple energy
sources that complement each other, provide more non-agricultural employment opportunities, increase farmers' income, improve
the education level of rural residents, and strengthen the fuel supply in rural areas.
