关于陕西大型工业园区低碳能源改造的思考与探索

摘要: 要实现“碳达峰、碳中和”的减排目标,必须要关注工业这一核心领域,大力推进工业园区的低碳能源改造,
走更加科学精准的碳减排发展之路。陕西省作为全国工业发展的第一梯队力量,工业园区贡献巨大。系统分析了陕西省
省级以上大型工业园区的发展概况、主要特点以及目前主要存在的问题,并从整体设计优化、“光伏+储能”、能源数字
化等方面提出针对工业园区的低碳能源改造方案,这对推动工业园区的能源结构转型与绿色低碳发展、助力国家“双
碳”减排目标实现意义重大。

Abstract: To achieve the emission reduction goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutralization", more attention must be paid
to the core area of industry to vigorously promote the transformation of low-carbon energy in industrial parks, and take a more
scientific and accurate development path of carbon emission reduction. Shaanxi Province, as the first echelon of national industrial
development, has made great contributions to industrial parks. This paper systematically analyzed the development overview,
main characteristics and main existing problems of large industrial parks above the provincial level in Shaanxi Province, and
put forward low -carbon energy transformation schemes for industrial parks from the aspects of overall design optimization,
"photovoltaic + energy storage" and energy digitization, which is of great significance to promote the energy structure
transformation and green low-carbon development of industrial parks, and help the realization of the national "double carbon"
emission reduction goals.
