摘要: 中国井工煤矿综合机械化开采技术已发展应用20 多年,无论是开采技术还是掘进技术,均是按照安全、高效
和现代化矿井建设技术水平进行设备配套选型,实现了由弱到强的跨越式提升。回顾石洞沟煤矿建矿10 周年来的开采技
术,虽然液压柔性掩护支架在俯伪斜长壁式大采高工作面得到应用,安全效果好,产量比钢性掩护支架的使用大有提升,
但职工劳动强度大,通过系统风量配风难度大,产量远远未达到工作面的设计能力。自煤矿实现机械化开采以来,液压
柔性掩护支架在减人提效方面发挥了作用,但支架的防飞矸措施、液压油缸故障均对煤矿生产造成了影响。对石洞沟煤
矿急倾斜中厚煤层综合机械化开采中的设备进行配套优化,有助于支架的防倒、防滑、防飞矸安全管理,大幅度减少支
架故障,实现成组拉架、减人提效、安全高效的目标。

Optimization of Fully Mechanized Mining Equipment Matching in Steep Coal Seams with
Medium Thickness

Abstract: The fully mechanized mining technology of China's mining industry and coal mines has been developed and applied
for more than 20 years. Both the mining technology and the tunneling technology are based on the technical level of safe, efficient
and modern mine construction for the matching and selection of equipment, which has achieved a leap forward improvement from
weak to strong. Reviewing the mining technology of Shidonggou Coal Mine since the 10th anniversary of its construction, although
the hydraulic flexible shield support has been applied in the steep false inclined long wall type high mining height working face
with good safety effect, and the output has been greatly improved compared with the use of the steel shield support, the labor
intensity of the staff is high, and it is difficult to distribute air through the system air volume, and the output is far from reaching
the design capacity of the working face. Since the coal mine realized mechanized mining, the hydraulic flexible shield support has
played a role in reducing the number of people and improving the efficiency, but the measures to prevent flying waste of the
support and the failure of the hydraulic oil cylinder have affected the coal mine production. In this paper, the matching optimization
of equipment in the fully mechanized mining of steep coal seams with medium thickness in Shidonggou Coal Mine was carried out,
which is helpful to the safety management of the support against falling, slipping and flying waste, greatly reducing the support
failure, and achieving the goal of group bracing, reducing personnel, improving efficiency, safety and efficiency.
