火电机组电动给水泵节能改造分析

摘要: 当前中国火力发电占据主导地位,火电厂是重要的电能消耗大户,其电能消耗主要来源于厂用电。火力发电
厂厂用电最多由其辅机消耗,其中配备电动给水泵的火电厂,电动给水泵耗电量占厂用电率20%~ 30%,因此,电动给
水泵节能改造对降低发电厂厂用电率及煤耗具有重要意义。结合一600 MW 火电机组配备电动给水泵的改造案例,介绍
了2 种电动给水泵节能改造方案,包括电动给水泵改汽动给水泵和电动给水泵变频改造。通过计算2 种改造方案机组厂
用电率和供电煤耗的变化以及分析2 种改造方案对机组正常运行的影响,推荐火电厂在进行电动给水泵节能改造时优先
考虑电动给水泵变频改造方案。

Energy-saving Transformation of Electric Feed Pump of Thermal Power Unit

Abstract: At present, thermal power generation plays a leading position in China. Thermal power plant is an important power
consumer, and its power consumption mainly comes from plant power consumption. The power consumption of the power plant is
consumed by its auxiliary machines at most. For the thermal power plant equipped with electric feed pump, the power
consumption of electric feed pump accounts for 20% - 30% of the plant power consumption rate. Therefore, the energy-saving
transformation of electric feed pump is of great significance for reducing the plant power consumption rate and coal consumption
of the power plant. Combined with the transformation case of a 600 MW power plant equipped with electric feed pump, this paper
introduced the energy-saving transformation scheme of electric feed pumps, including the transformation from electric feed pump
to turbine driven feed pump and frequency conversion transformation of electric feed pump. By calculating the changes of power
consumption rate and power supply coal consumption of the two transformation schemes and analyzing the impact of the two
transformation schemes on the normal operation of the unit, it is recommended that the power plant should give priority to the
frequency conversion transformation scheme of the electric feed pump when carrying out the energy-saving transformation of the
electric feed pump.
