长垣生物质发电厂烟囱入口结构优化设计

摘要: 以长垣生物质发电厂钢烟囱为研究对象,按1∶1 比例分别建立了常规T 形烟囱入口弯头,以及优化的L 形弯
头、“L 形弯头+方变圆烟道”三维数学模型,通过CFD 仿真模拟技术,获得了各方案的烟气流场、速度场、压力场及
压损值。模拟结果表明,常规烟囱入口弯头存在较大的优化空间,L 形弯头的局部阻力可比T 形弯头的局部阻力降低
25%;而在此基础上采用“L 形弯头+方变圆烟道”优化方案,可进一步降低阻力22.89 Pa,降幅达71%,节能效果显著。

Optimization Design of Chimney Entrance Structure of Changyuan Biomass Power Plant

Abstract: Taking the steel chimney of Changyuan Biomass Power Plant as the research object, this paper established the threedimensional
mathematical model of the conventional T-shaped chimney inlet elbow, the optimized L-shaped elbow and the "Lshaped
elbow + square-to-round flue" in a ratio of 1∶1. Through the CFD simulation technology, it obtained the flue gas flow
field, velocity field, pressure field and pressure loss value of each scheme. The simulation results showed that the conventional
chimney inlet elbow had a large space for optimization, and the local resistance of the L-shaped elbow was 25% lower than that of
the T-shaped elbow; on this basis, the "L-shaped elbow + square to round flue" was adopted. The optimized solution can further
reduce the resistance by 22.89 Pa, a decrease of 71%, and the energy saving effect was remarkable.
