碳排放与环境影响评价制度探究

摘要： 针对碳排放与环境影响评价制度进行探究，阐述碳排放和现有环境影响评价制度，结合山西焦煤集团有限责
任公司案例，讨论如何将碳排放纳入环境影响评价制度中，即开展现状调查及资料收集、识别碳排放影响因素及排放源、
核算碳排放量、开展碳排放评价和采取减排措施等，以期为相关企业或项目的绿色发展提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: This paper explored the carbon emissions and environmental impact assessment system, described the carbon emissions
and existing environmental impact assessment system, and discussed how to incorporate carbon emissions into the environmental
impact assessment system in combination with the case of Shanxi Coking Coal Group Co., Ltd., namely, carrying out status survey
and data collection, identifying carbon emission influencing factors and emission sources, accounting carbon emissions, carrying
out carbon emission assessment and implementing emission reduction measures, etc., in order to provide reference for the green
development of relevant enterprises or projects.
