污水源热泵技术应用和效益分析

摘要: 介绍了污水源热泵的原理和技术优势,针对处理后的污水的水质特点,通过设置合理的污水利用的前处理装
置,增加二次循环水路、反冲洗过滤器,选用特殊材质的换热器等措施解决堵塞、腐蚀和结垢的相关问题。通过工程案
例实测和国家民用建筑能效测评机构的能效评估得出结论:系统能效比为3.61,机组能效比为5.44,民建建筑节能率达
65%,公建建筑节能率达50%,与其他空调系统相比SO2年排放减少量11.9 t,CO2年排放减少量1 469.35 t,粉尘年排放
减少量5.95 t,年节约费用1.232 3×106元。

Abstract: This paper introduced the principle and technological superiority of sewage source heat pumps. According to the water
quality characteristics of treated sewage, the problems related to blockage, corrosion and scaling were solved by setting reasonable
pre-treatment device for sewage utilization, adding secondary circulation water circuit and backwashing filter, and selecting heat
exchanger of special material. Through the actual measurement of project case and energy efficiency evaluation of national civil
building energy efficiency evaluation agency, it was concluded that the system energy efficiency ratio was 3.61, the unit energy
efficiency ratio was 5.44, the energy efficiency of civil buildings was 65%, the energy efficiency of public buildings was 50%; SO2
emissions reduction was 11.9 t, CO2 emission reduction was 1 469.35 t, and annual dust emission reduction was 5.95 t compared
with other air conditioning systems; annual cost savings was 1.232 3×106 yuan.
