1 000 MW燃煤机组低热值煤掺烧安全环保分析及对策

摘要: 随着中国新能源发电容量的不断增加,大型燃煤发电机组的可利用小时数逐年降低,又因2021 年以来煤价不
断上涨,燃煤电厂的盈利情况堪忧,甚至大幅亏损。燃煤机组通过大量掺烧低热值煤,以达到降低发电成本,增加经济
效益的目的。但是大量掺烧低热值煤,存在诸多安全和环保方面的问题。从锅炉上煤、锅炉燃烧以及送引风、干排渣、
电除尘、脱硫系统等方面,较为系统地分析了影响机组安全、环保的因素,并结合一机组实际运行经验,给出了机组掺
烧低热值煤时保证安全、环保的对策,以期为燃煤机组掺烧低热值煤提供借鉴。

Abstract: With the continuous increase of China's new energy power generation capacity, the available hours of large-scale
coal-fired generating units have decreased year by year. Due to the continuous rise of coal prices since 2021, the profitability of
coal-fired power plants is worrying and even substantial losses. Coal fired units burn a large amount of low calorific value coal to
reduce power generation costs and increase economic benefits. However, there are many safety and environmental protection
problems when burning a large amount of low calorific value coal. This paper systematically analyzed the factors affecting the
safety and environmental protection of the unit from the aspects of boiler coal loading, boiler combustion, air supply and induced
draft, dry slag discharge, electrostatic precipitator, desulfurization system, etc. combined with the actual operation experience of a
certain unit. The countermeasures to ensure safety and environmental protection when burning low calorific value coal were given.
It is expected to provide reference for coal-fired units blended with low calorific value coal.
