低渗透高瓦斯煤层巷道快速掘进之增透措施研究

摘要: 杏儿沟煤业二采区带式输送机下山煤层透气性系数较低,瓦斯抽采效率不高,影响巷道掘进速度。为了有效
解决该低渗透高瓦斯煤层巷道快速掘进问题,设计了二氧化碳爆破增透方案。现场试验结果表明,二氧化碳爆破增透措
施能够很好地适应高瓦斯煤层顺槽快速掘进工作,使瓦斯体积分数大幅度降低,掘进速度大幅度提高。

solve the problem of rapid excavation of the low-permeability and high-gas coal seam roadway, this paper designed a carbon
dioxide blasting and permeability-enhancing scheme. The field test results show that the carbon dioxide blasting and permeabilityenhancing
measures can well adapt to the rapid tunneling of high-gas coal seams, so that the gas volume fraction is greatly
reduced and the tunneling speed is greatly increased.
