电厂600 MW汽轮机通流改造方案的研究与应用

摘要: 火电行业碳排放量占总排放量的40%,大力开展火电厂汽轮机通流改造是助力碳达峰和碳中和的有效方式之
一,同时也是发改委下发的实施方案要求。为此,介绍了A 电厂通流改造技术方案并总结了改造所用到的先进技术。改
造后THA 工况下,机组热耗量下降了260.1 kJ/(kW·h),每年节约标煤约2.34×104 t,减少CO2排放约5.86×104 t,减少
SO2排放约199 t,减少NOx排放176 t,节能降碳效果明显,环保效果也十分明显。

Abstract: The carbon emissions of the thermal power industry account for 40% of the total emissions. Vigorously carrying out
steam turbine flow passage transformation in thermal power plants is an effective way to help achieve carbon peak and carbon
neutrality, and it is also the implementation plan requirements issued by the National Development and Reform Commission.
Therefore, this paper introduced the technical scheme of flow passage renovation in A Power Plant, and summarized the advanced
technology used in the renovation. After transforming, under the working condition of THA, the unit heat consumption was reduced
about 260.1 kJ/(kW·h), standard coal was saved about 2.34 ×104 t, CO2 emission was reduced about 5.86 ×104 t, SO2 emission
was reduced by 199 t, NOx emission was reduced by 176 t each year. Energy saving and carbon reduction effect was obvious, and
environmental protection effect was also very obvious.
