矿井提升机监控系统的分析与设计

摘要: 矿井提升机是煤矿开采中的重要设备。由于矿井提升机长时间处于高负荷运行状态,很容易发生各种安全事
故,这会对煤矿开采产生十分不利的影响。因此,需要保障矿井提升机的安全运行,即要对矿井提升机的运行状态进行
实时监控。首先分析了矿井提升机监控系统要实现的功能,主要包括运行状态监控、故障诊断以及双控制系统切换;其
次分析了矿井提升机运行速度的控制方案,以实现提升机的节能运行;最后探讨了基于PLC 的矿井提升机监控系统的实
现,主要探讨了监控系统硬件实现和软件实现的过程,详细地介绍了矿井提升机监控系统设计的思路,可以为煤矿矿井
提升机的改造和升级提供较为有效的参考。

Abstract: Mine hoist is an important equipment in coal mining. Because the mine hoist is in high load operation for a long time,
it is very easy to have various safety accidents, which will have a very adverse impact on coal mining. Therefore, it is necessary to
ensure the safe operation of the mine hoist, that is, to monitor the operation status of the mine hoist in real time. Firstly, this paper
analyzed the functions of the mine hoist monitoring system, mainly including running state monitoring, fault diagnosis and dual
control system switching; secondly, it analyzed the control scheme of the running speed of the mine hoist to achieve energy-saving
operation of the hoist; finally, it discussed the realization of mine hoist monitoring system based on PLC, mainly discussed the
process of hardware realization and software realization of the monitoring system, and introduced the design idea of mine hoist
monitoring system in detail, which can provide a more effective reference for the transformation and upgrading of the mine hoist.
