选煤厂机电设备的维护与管理

摘要： 随着中国社会经济水平的不断提升，煤炭行业发展迅速，其下游产业的技术水平也得到了很大程度提升，特
别是选煤厂相关企业，无论是机械化水平还是自动化水平都取得了极大提升，为企业带来了不错的经济效益。选煤厂运
行过程中的主要生产要素就是机电设备，因此选煤厂企业的生产效益及竞争力取决于其生产设备的水平。但随着自动化
水平的提升，机电设备也面临着一系列新问题，特别是在设备维护与管理方面。机电设备的运行效果影响着选煤厂的生
产效率与运行稳定性，并且选煤厂选煤作业具有特殊性，只有加强对机电设备的管理与维护，确保设备正常运行，才能
保障选煤厂作业顺利开展。对选煤厂机电设备的维护与管理相关问题进行了深入分析，提出了一系列有效对策，以期加
强对选煤厂的机电设备维护与管理，进一步提高选煤厂的经济效益。

Maintenance and Management of Electromechanical Equipment in Coal Separating Plants

Abstract: With the continuous rise in the socio-economic level of China, the coal industry has developed rapidly, and the
technical level of its downstream industries has also been greatly improved. Especially related companies related to coal separating
plants have achieved the extremely improvement in mechanized level and automation level, which has brought good economic
benefits to the enterprises. The main production factors during the operation of the coal separating plants are electromechanical
equipment, so the production efficiency and competitiveness of a coal separating plant depends on the level of its production
equipment. However, with the improvement of automation, electromechanical equipment also faces a series of new problems,
especially in terms of equipment maintenance and management. The operating effect of the electromechanical equipment affects
the production efficiency and operation stability of the coal separating plants, and the coal selection of coal separating plants is
special. Only by strengthening the management and maintenance of electromechanical equipment and ensuring the normal
operation of the equipment can the smooth operation of the coal selecting plant operation be ensured. This paper carried out a indepth
analysis of the related issues of the maintenance and management of electromechanical equipment in coal selecting plants,
and proposed a series of effective countermeasures to strengthen the maintenance and management of the electromechanical
equipment in coal separating plants, and further improve the economic benefits of the coal selecting plants.
