风电机组塔筒固有频率的计算

摘要: 风电机组塔筒与叶轮发生共振将严重影响风电机组的安全性。以四川A 风场2 MW 风电机组为对象,结合瑞
利法、工程算法和规范估算公式等对风电机组塔筒进行了固有频率的解析计算,并且利用ANSYS 有限元分析软件对风电
机组塔筒的三维有限元数值仿真模型进行模态分析,计算出塔筒的理论频率。对比分析了所提出算法的塔筒频率计算结
果。分析表明:风电机组正常运转情况下,塔筒不会和风轮发生共振;其中一部分公式精确度较好,可以为塔筒的动态
设计提供理论依据,具有一定的实用价值。

Calculation of Inherent Frequency of Wind Turbine Tower

Abstract: Resonance between wind turbine tower and impeller will seriously affect the safety of wind turbine. Taking a 2 MW
wind turbine of A wind farm in Sichuan as the object, the analytical calculation of the inherent frequency of the wind turbine
tower was carried out by combining Rayleigh method, engineering algorithm and normative estimation formula, and the modal
analysis of the three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation model of the wind turbine tower was carried out by using
ANSYS finite element analysis software to calculate the theoretical frequency of the tower. The results of the tower frequency
calculation by the algorithm in this paper were compared and analyzed. The analysis shows that: the tower will not resonate with
the impeller under normal operation of the wind turbine; some of the formulas have good accuracy and can provide theoretical
basis for the dynamic design of the tower, which has some practical value.
