采空区横川埋管抽采关键影响因素研究

摘要: 为了进一步优化U 型通风工作面上隅角瓦斯治理技术,简化上隅角瓦斯治理模式,提高上隅角瓦斯治理效果,
采用数值模拟与现场试验相结合的方式对单U 型通风工作面采空区密闭横川埋管瓦斯抽采关键因素进行研究。结果表
明:密闭横川埋管影响采空区流场压力、流场速度和瓦斯体积分数分布;密闭横川埋管作用下距离工作面较近的采空区
垮落带风速明显增大,回风侧采空区垮落带气压明显降低;密闭横川瓦斯抽采混量、抽采体积分数随密闭横川与工作面
距离拟合结果呈线性变化规律;工作面密闭横川埋管距工作面10 m,管口抽采负压为5 kPa 时,对回采期间上隅角瓦斯
治理效果较为明显。

Key Influencing Factors of Crossheading Buried Pipe Extraction in Goaf

Abstract: In order to further optimize the gas control technology at the corners of the U-shaped ventilation mining face, simplify
the gas control mode at the upper corner, and improve the gas control effect at the upper corner, the key factors of gas drainage in
closed pipeline laying in crossheading in the goaf of single U-shaped ventilation mining face were studied by the combination of
numerical simulation and field test. The results show that the closed pipeline laying in crossheading affects the flow field pressure,
flow field velocity and gas volume fraction distribution in the goaf; under the action of the closed pipeline laying in crossheading,
the wind speed of the caving zone in the goaf near the mining face increases significantly, and the air pressure in the caving zone
in the goaf on the return air side decreases significantly; the gas drainage mixing volume and drainage volume fraction in the
closed crossheading vary linearly with the fitting results of the distance between the closed crossheading and the mining face;
when the pipeline laying in crossheading is 10 m away from the mining face, and when the drainage negative pressure of the
nozzle is 5 kPa, the gas control effect on the upper corner during the mining period is more obvious.
