锅炉烟气低品位余热回收技术综述

摘要: 为了强化锅炉低品位余热回收,优化低品位余热回收技术方案,在介绍热湿耦合迁移和热交换2 种烟气余热
综合回收技术的基础上,进行了比较分析,归纳总结了各自的优缺点,分析了技术发展的趋势。指出将排烟焓值降低到
接近周围环境空气焓值,就是烟气余热回收的极限。认为针对低品位余热回收,深入研究吸湿溶液吸收法和直接接触换
热法,以及将两种方法结合会更有前景与意义。

Low-grade Waste Heat Recovery Technology for Boiler Flue Gas

Abstract: In order to strengthen the low-grade waste heat recovery of boilers and optimize the low-grade waste heat recovery
technology scheme, based on the introduction of two comprehensive flue gas waste heat recovery technologies, namely, heat and
moisture coupling migration and heat exchange, a comparative analysis was made, the advantages and disadvantages of each were
summarized, and the trend of technology development was analyzed. It is noted that the limit of flue gas waste heat recovery is to
reduce the enthalpy of exhaust to close to the enthalpy of the surrounding ambient air. For low-grade waste heat recovery, it is
considered more promising and meaningful to study the absorption method of hygroscopic solution and direct contact heat
exchange method in depth, as well as combining the two methods.
