针对煤矿巷道机械化掘进工艺的相关探讨

摘要: 随着中国煤矿进入到深部开采时代,各种地质灾害发生的可能性大大增加。为了将各种地质灾害发生的可能
性降到最低,在巷道掘进时应该采用机械化掘进工艺。机械化掘进工艺的运用不仅可以减少对地下岩体的扰动,还可以
有效降低工人的劳动强度。通过介绍煤矿巷道机械化掘进工艺中的主要设备,即破岩设备、装岩设备以及运输设备,探
讨了煤矿巷道机械化掘进工艺存在的问题,主要包括对地质条件变化适应性差、粉尘质量浓度高、施工成本较高等,提
出了优化巷道机械化掘进工艺的一些措施,可以为煤矿巷道的机械化掘进提供一定的技术指导。

Mechanized Tunneling Process for Coal Mine Roadways

Abstract: As China's coal mines enter the era of deep mining, the possibility of various geological disasters increases greatly. In
order to minimize the possibility of various geological disasters, mechanized tunneling process should be used in roadway
tunneling. The use of mechanized tunneling process can not only reduce the disturbance to the underground rock, but also
effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers. By introducing the main equipment in the mechanized tunneling process for coal
mine roadways, namely rock breaking equipment, rock loading equipment and transportation equipment, this paper discussed the
problems of mechanized tunneling process for coal mine roadways, mainly including poor adaptability to changes in geological
conditions, high dust mass concentration and high construction cost, and proposed some measures for optimizing the mechanized
roadway tunneling process, which can provide some technical guidance for mechanized tunneling of coal mine roadways.
