三软煤层托顶煤巷道支护技术

摘要: 针对一矿井井下巷道施工中遇到的工程技术难题,采用钻孔触探法在巷道施工现场对煤层及顶板岩体进行了强
度测试,并以工程现场调查为基础,定义了技术难题,分析了三软煤层托顶煤巷道的变形特征。针对三软煤层巷道在截割
过程中顶煤冒落的难题提出超前管棚加固的控制方法,并配套采用双层加固、强护表预紧力扩散和平顶U 型棚加固的方
法形成成套的围岩控制技术开展工业试验。实践结果表明,该技术在三软煤层托顶煤巷道中能够有效控制围岩变形破坏。

Support Technology of Supporting Roof Coal Roadway in Three-soft Coal Seams

Abstract: In view of the engineering technical problems encountered in the underground roadway construction of a mine, the
strength test of the coal seam and roof rock mass was carried out at the roadway construction site using the borehole penetration
method. Based on the field investigation of the project, this paper defined the technical problems, and analyzed the deformation
characteristics of the supporting roof coal roadway in the three-soft coal seam. Aiming at the difficult problem of roof coal caving
during the cutting process of the roadway in the three-soft coal seam, it proposed a control method of advanced pipe roof
reinforcement and a complete set of surrounding rock control technology formed by using the methods of double layer reinforcement,
strong surface protection pretightening force diffusion and flat roof U-shaped roof reinforcement to carry out industrial tests. The
practice results show that the technology can control the deformation and failure of surrounding rock in the supporting roof coal
roadway in three-soft coal seams.
