SCR脱硝入口氮氧化物分布不均机制及应对措施

摘要: 针对SCR 脱硝入口(锅炉出口) NOx的质量浓度分布不均机制进行了分析,提出了在保持SCR 主体结构不变
的前提下,消除入口NOx不均带来的不利影响的方法和措施。分析表明,磨机运行方式、配风方式和燃煤煤质是影响
SCR 入口NOx分布不均的重要因素,通过NOx预测控制、烟气混合强化和喷氨分区控制等新技术手段,可有效消除入口
NOx不均带来的不利影响。

Abstract: This paper analyzed the mechanism of inhomogeneous distribution of NOx mass concentration at the SCR denitration
entrance (boiler outlet), and proposed the methods and measures to eliminate the adverse effects of inhomogeneous NOx at the SCR
denitration entrance under the premise of keeping the main structure of SCR unchanged. The analysis shows that the mill
operation mode, air distribution mode and coal quality are the important factors affecting the inhomogeneous distribution of NOx at
the SCR denitration entrance. The adverse effects of inhomogeneous distribution of NOx at the SCR denitration entrance can be
effectively eliminated by new technological means such as NOx prediction control, flue gas mixing enhancement and ammonia
injection zone control.
