综放工作面瓦斯治理多元协同防治技术优化

摘要: 为了解决荫营煤业综放工作面回风流瓦斯体积分数不超0.5%的问题,采用多元协同防治技术高效防治,实现
瓦斯体积分数0.5%的管控目标。阐述了荫营煤业传统综放面高、低抽巷联合的抽采方法,并进行评价。通过分析定向高
位钻孔,沿空埋管与传统高、低抽巷抽采效果,结合均压通风、隅角安装引流器及悬顶处理,对荫营煤业综放工作面瓦
斯多元协同防治技术进行优化,科学确定了定向长钻孔、沿空埋管、隅角引流器的关键技术参数,为实现瓦斯治理体积
分数不超0.5%提供依据。

Optimization of Multielement Cooperative Control Technology for Gas Control in Fully

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the gas volume fraction of the return air flow in the fully mechanized caving face of
Yinying Coal Industry Co., Ltd. does not exceed 0.5%, the multielement cooperative control technology is used to effectively
control, and the control target of gas volume fraction of 0.5% is achieved. This paper expounded and evaluated the traditional
combined extraction method of high and low extraction roadways in fully mechanized caving face of Yinying Coal Industry Co.,
Ltd.. Combined with pressure equalizing ventilation, installation of drainer in corner and suspended roof treatment, this paper
optimized the multielement cooperative control technology of gas in the fully mechanized caving face of Yinying Coal Industry Co.,
Ltd., scientifically determined the key technical parameters of directional long boreholes, buried pipes along the goaf, and corner
drainers, providing a basis for achieving gas control volume fraction not exceeding 0.5%.
