薄煤层综合机械化采煤技术的相关研究与讨论

摘要: 随着煤炭资源的需求量不断增加,薄煤层开采成为当前煤炭行业发展的重点。为促进新型综合机械化采煤技
术在薄煤层中的应用,实现煤炭产业的高速、高质量稳定发展,提升煤矿企业市场核心竞争力和经济效能,首先分析了
中国煤炭资源的开采现状和薄煤层综合机械化采煤技术难题,进而从薄煤层综合机械化采煤的主要设备入手,即采煤设
备、支护设备、输送设备等,阐述了薄煤层开采在运用综合机械化采煤技术时的运行机理,并指出在薄煤层开采中应用
综合机械化采煤技术所具有的优势,即不仅能够提升煤矿开采的工作质量及工作效率,还能够进一步控制煤矿生产安全
风险,提升煤矿安全生产指数,降低整体生产工作强度,为薄煤层开采的发展提供强大的推动力。

Fully-mechanized Coal Mining Technology for Thin Coal Seams

Abstract: With the increasing demand of coal resources, thin coal seam mining has become the focus of the current development
of coal industry. In order to promote the application of new fully-mechanized coal mining technology in thin coal seams, realize
the high-speed, high-quality and stable development of coal industry, and improve the core competitiveness of coal enterprises in
the market and economic efficiency, this paper firstly analyzed the current mining situation of coal resources and the technical
problems of fully-mechanized coal mining of thin coal seams in China. And then starting with the main fully-mechanized coal
mining equipment of thin coal seams, such as coal mining equipment, supporting equipment, conveying equipment, etc., this paper
expounded the operating mechanism of fully-mechanized coal mining technology in thin coal seam mining, and pointed out the
advantages of fully-mechanized coal mining technology in thin coal seam mining, that is, it can not only improve the quality and
efficiency of coal mining work, but also further control the safety risks of coal mine production, improve the safety production
index of coal mines, reduce the overall production intensity, and provide a strong driving force for the development of thin coal
seam mining.
