矿井提升机钢丝绳强度检验分析

摘要： 在矿井提升机中，钢丝绳是一种重要的构件，其强度对于矿井生产的安全性起着决定性的作用。为此，在煤
矿生产中，需要对钢丝绳强度进行检验。分析了生产过程中钢丝绳强度的影响因素，主要有磨损、腐蚀、接触挤压和拉
伸作用，分析了矿井生产中对钢丝绳强度检验的方法，主要有对钢丝绳局部断裂情况和钢丝绳直径变化情况进行实时监
测，可以为矿井提升机钢丝绳强度检验提供一定的技术指导。

Strength Inspection of Wire Rope for Mine Hoists

Abstract: In the mine hoists, wire rope is an important component, and its strength plays a decisive role in the safety of mine
production. Therefore, it is necessary to check the strength of wire rope in coal mine production. This paper analyzed the factors
affecting the strength of wire rope in the mine production process, including wear, corrosion, contact extrusion and tensile action,
analyzed the method of verifying the strength of wire rope in mine production, mainly including the real-time local fracture
monitoring of wire rope and the changes of wire rope diameter, which can provide some technical guidance for the strength
verification of wire rope in mine hoists.
