佛洼3220工作面本煤层瓦斯抽采优化设计

摘要: 为了保证佛洼3220 工作面的安全开采,需要对煤层瓦斯进行预抽。由于设计的本煤层瓦斯抽采不能满足抽采
效率的要求,对煤层瓦斯抽采进行优化。在优化时,采用了钻孔造穴工艺,可以提高抽采效率。分析了该工作面的本煤
层瓦斯抽采优化设计,给出了瓦斯抽采系统的设备选择和安全措施,可为本煤层瓦斯抽采设计提供一定的参考。

Optimization Design of Gas Extraction in Current Coal Seam of Fuwa 3220 Working Face

Abstract: In order to ensure the safe mining of Fuwa 3220 working face, the coal seam gas needs to be pre-drained. Because the
designed gas extraction in current coal seam cannot meet the requirements of the extraction efficiency, it is necessary to optimize
the gas extraction in the coal seam. During the optimization, the hole drilling and making technology is adopted, which can
improve the extraction efficiency. This paper analyzed the optimal design of gas extraction in current coal seam of this working
face, and gave the equipment selection and safety measures of the gas extraction system, which can provide a certain reference for
the design of gas extraction in current coal seam.
