长平矿安全风险管控信息系统建设与应用

摘要： 为提升长平矿安全风险管控水平，扩宽安全管理新思路，解决现有风险管理不规范、无固化模式和依赖性强
等问题，提出了基于“PC-移动”的长平矿风险管控系统的建设思路和功能架构，以电脑和手机为信息传输载体和终端，
通过高级接口，利用数据交换技术和C# 编程技术，实现了长平矿安全风险管控的信息化，为保证长平矿安全平稳运行
提供了强有力的安全后盾。

Construction and Application of Safety Risk Management and Control Information System in
Changping Coal Mine

Abstract: In order to improve the safety risk management and control level of Changping Coal Mine, broaden the new idea of
safety management, and solve the problems of nonstandard, non curing mode and strong dependence of existing risk management,
this paper put forward the construction idea and functional framework of risk management and control system in Changping Coal
Mine based on "PC-mobile". By using computers and mobile phones as information transmission carriers and terminals, through
advanced interfaces, using data exchange technology and C# programming technology, the informatization of safety risk management
and control in Changping Coal Mine has been realized, which can provide a strong security backing for the safe and stable
operation of Changping Coal Mine.
