摘要: 迎采掘巷采煤方法是综采工作面实现连续生产、快速衔接、提高煤炭回收率的重要采煤技术。受本工作面采

Technology in Heading Roadway

Abstract: The coal mining method of the heading roadway is an important coal mining technology to realize continuous
production, rapid connection and improve the coal recovery rate in the fully mechanized mining face. Due to the influence of the
mining of this working face, the lower working face will bear the dual dynamic pressure of tunneling and mining of this working
face during the tunneling along the channel. The surrounding rock of the roadway is seriously deformed and it is extremely
difficult to maintain, which restricts the efficient mining. In order to cut off the path of load transmission from the side breaking
structure of the main roof of this working face to the surrounding rock of the heading roadway, and weaken the severe ground
pressure during the excavation of the headining roadway, this paper studied the deep hole presplitting blasting roof cutting
pressure relief technology, designed the layout of the blast hole and blasting technology of the deep hole presplitting blasting,
evaluated the effect of blasting pressure relief and roof cutting, and realized the purpose of controlling the deformation of the
surrounding rock of the heading roadway. It provides a certain reference for similar projects.
