综采工作面过老巷注浆充填技术应用

摘要: 以山西陆合集团基安达煤业有限公司110104 综采工作面为例,在概述工作面与老巷位置关系、煤层顶板地质
条件和巷道受力的基础上,指出必须对老巷进行水泥粉煤灰浆液注浆填充;对粉煤灰掺量、水灰比和胶凝固化剂等的选
择进行分析,进而对注浆施工过程及加固效果进行探讨。结果表明:采煤工作面过老巷是煤矿安全生产管理的重难点,
老巷顶板破碎,并聚集瓦斯等有毒有害气体,过老巷期间安全隐患突出;注浆充填所形成的固结体抗压强度大,必能将
老巷中瓦斯等气体置换出来,为工作面安全顺利推进提供可靠保证。

Application of Grouting and Filling Technology for Passing Old Roadway in Fully Mechanized
Mining Face

Abstract: Taking 110104 fully mechanized mining face of Ji'anda Coal Industry Co., Ltd., Shanxi Luhe Group as an example, on
the basis of summarizing the position relationship between the working face and the old roadway, the geological conditions of the
coal seam roof and the stress of the roadway, this paper pointed out that the old roadway must be filled with cement fly ash grout;
analyzed the selection of fly ash content, water cement ratio and cementitious curing agent, and then discussed the grouting
construction process and reinforcement effect. The results show that passing old roadway in coal mining face is the key and
difficult point of coal mine safety production management, the roof of the old roadway is broken, and toxic and harmful gases such
as gas are gathered, the safety hazards are prominent during the old roadway passing; the consolidated body formed by grouting
and filling has a large compressive strength, which must be able to replace gas in the old roadway, providing a reliable guarantee
for the safe and smooth progress of the working face.
