综放工作面综合防灭火技术应用实践

摘要: K8201 综放工作面开采15#煤层,该煤层自燃倾向性为Ⅰ级,属容易自燃煤层。该工作面共安设液压支架133 架,
受地质构造影响,连续3 个月日平均推进度小于1 m,在工作面端头架顶部、1架—26 架后溜发现CO 气体,并呈上升趋
势,最大体积分数达0.1%,迫使过无碳柱期间提前进入末采,开始摘架、施工拉架巷。通过采取进回风隅角注水,进风
隅角摆放干冰,在高温点注水,架间注灭火胶体、注氮,以及调节工作面风量、邻近层抽采参数等措施,确保了拆架期
间的安全,顺利完成了工作面拆除工作。

Application Practice of Comprehensive Fire Prevention and Extinguishment Technology
in Fully Mechanized Caving Face

Abstract: The 15# coal seam is mined in K8201 fully mechanized caving face. The spontaneous combustion tendency of the coal
seam is Grade I, which is easy to spontaneous combustion. A total of 133 hydraulic supports were installed in this working face.
Affected by the geological structure, the daily average pushing progress was less than 1 m for three consecutive months. CO was
found on the top of the end frame of the working face and behind 1 - 26 supports, and it showed an upward trend. The maximum
volume fraction reached 0.1%, forcing to enter the final mining ahead of time during passing through carbon-free column, and
starting to remove the support and construct the cage roadway. By taking measures such as water injection at the air inlet and
return corners, placing dry ice at the air inlet corners, injecting water at high temperature points, injecting fire extinguishing
colloid and nitrogen between the supports, adjusting the air volume of the working face and the pumping parameters of adjacent
layers, the safety during the removal of the supports was ensured and the removal of the working face was successfully completed.
