“一巷四点七线”管理法在掘进标准化建设中的应用

摘要： 随着时代的发展，煤矿安全管理理念不断进步，安全生产标准化管理体系几经修改、完善，现已成为煤矿日
常管理中的重要环节。标准化得分不仅代表了煤矿标准化达标能力，更全方位体现了煤矿在安全投入、现场管理、风险
管控、隐患排查等方面的管理水平。掘进作为煤矿管理的主要专业之一，它是煤矿标准化达标建设的基础，掘进专业的
标准化达标能力直接决定着全矿井标准化管理水平。通过现场认真摸索、逐步提炼，总结出掘进“一巷四点七线”管理
法，从巷道成型、区域亮化、管线吊挂等方面规范掘进标准化建设手段，实现了掘进巷道一次成型、一次达标，现已在
山西朔州、大同地区推广应用。

Application of "One Roadway, Four Points and Seven Lines" Management Method in
Standardization Construction of Tunneling

Abstract: With the development of times and the ever-improving ideas of safety management in coal mines, the standardized
production safety management system, which has undergone several modifications and improvements, has now become an
important part of the routine management of coal mines. The score on standardization performance does not only represent the
standardization capability of a coal mine, but also reflects its management performance in terms of safety input, site management,
risk control and hazard hunting. Tunneling, as one of the main sub-area in coal mine management, is the foundation of coal
mines' standardization work. Standardization capability in this sub-area directly determines the overall management performance of
a coal mine. Through careful on-site research and gradual summarization, a tunneling management method of "one roadway, four
points and seven lines" has taken shape. It regulates tunneling standardization in areas such as roadway formation, area lighting,
pipeline hanging, with the one-go formation of the tunnel that also meets the standards. The method has been applied in Shuozhou
and Datong in Shanxi.
