汽改电节能减排研究

摘要: 汽轮机广泛应用于电力、化工、冶金等工业领域。工业汽轮机运行平稳、磨损小、连续运行时间较长,但一
次性投资大,对供热、生产系统要求高,开、停车过程操作较为复杂,而且锅炉排放尾气对环境有一定影响。电机驱动
以运行平稳、启停控制相对简单等优点覆盖了各行各业的生产环节,具有消耗的标准煤量小、碳排放少、对环境污染程
度低等优势。“汽改电”对企业降碳增效、减少对环境的不良影响、实现高质量发展具有重要意义。

Abstract: Steam turbines are widely used in electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industrial fields. The
industrial steam turbine runs smoothly, with little wear and tear and has a long continuous operation time. However, the one-time
investment is large, the requirements for heating and production systems are high, the operation of the start-up and shutdown
processes is relatively complicated, and the exhaust gas emitted by the boiler has a certain impact on the environment. The motor
drive covers the production links of all walks of life with the advantages of stable operation and relatively simple start and stop
control. It has the advantages of small standard coal consumption, low carbon emission and low environmental pollution. "Steam
drive to electric drive" is of great significance for enterprises to reduce carbon and increase efficiency, reduce the adverse impact
on the environment, and achieve high-quality development of enterprises.
