煤矿采煤安全管理水平的提升

摘要： 煤炭资源作为中国最主要的能源之一，在中国能源领域处于战略性地位，对推动中国经济发展起着重要作用。
同时，煤矿的发展还与中国国民的生活息息相关。在煤矿开采过程中，安全问题不可忽视。煤矿安全生产是煤矿开采工
作顺利进行的前提条件，决定着煤炭开采的效率与质量。煤矿开采作业由于开采环境的不确定性，属于危险系数较高的
行业，因此需要提高对安全管理的重视程度。管理人员需要明确各自的工作职责，结合具体的开采条件及水文地质条件
等，针对性地制定开采策略，以提升煤矿开采安全管理工作的综合水平。基于煤矿采煤安全管理的现状，对煤矿采煤安
全管理水平的提升进行了探讨。

Improvement of Coal Mining Safety Management Level

Abstract: As one of the most important energy sources in China, coal resources are in a strategic position in China's energy field
and play an important role in promoting China's economic development. At the same time, the development of coal mines is also
closely related to the life of Chinese citizens. In the process of coal mining, the safety problem cannot be ignored. Coal mine safety
production is the precondition for smooth coal mining, which determines the efficiency and quality of coal mining. Due to the
uncertainty of mining environment, coal mining operation belongs to an industry with high risk coefficient, so it is necessary to pay
more attention to safety management. Managers need to define their own work responsibilities and formulate targeted mining
strategies in combination with specific mining conditions and hydrogeological conditions to improve the comprehensive level of coal
mining safety management. Based on the current situation of coal mining safety management, this paper discussed the improvement
of coal mining safety management level.
