电气自动化技术在煤矿液压支架控制中的应用

摘要： 液压支架是综采技术的核心设备，液压支架运行效率对于煤矿开采效率起着决定作用。电气自动化技术在煤
矿液压支架的控制中得到了深度应用，极大地提高了采煤效率。分析了煤矿液压支架自动控制的原理，探讨了煤矿液压
支架控制中电气自动化技术的应用，主要有液压支架多形式控制、故障自动报警和自动化运行，可以为煤矿智能化建设
提供一定的参考和借鉴。

Application of Electrical Automation Technology in Hydraulic Support Control of Coal Mines

Abstract: Hydraulic support is the core equipment of fully mechanized mining technology, and its operation efficiency plays a
decisive role on coal mining efficiency. The electrical automation technology has been deeply applied in the control of hydraulic
support of coal mines, which greatly improves the mining efficiency. This paper analyzed on the principle of the automatic control
of the hydraulic support in coal mines, and probed into the application of the electrical automation technology in the control of the
hydraulic support of coal mines, which mainly includes the multi-form control of the hydraulic support, the automatic alarm of the
fault and the automatic operation, which can provide certain reference for the intelligent construction of coal mines.
