临沂工业碳排放影响因素及碳减排措施研究

摘要: 工业节能减排是中国“双碳”目标实现的重要任务。根据2011—2020 年山东省临沂市工业碳排放数据,采用
LMDI 加法分解建立临沂工业碳排放分解模型,分析了影响临沂工业碳排放的相关因素。实证结果显示,临沂工业碳排
放总效应为正,总体工业碳排放量增加。经济规模效应和产业结构效应为正,工业产值增加和高碳排放企业数量增多是
工业碳排放量增加的主要驱动因素。能源强度效应和碳排放因子效应为负,说明临沂工业企业能源利用效率的提升与能
源碳排放率的降低是节能减排工作的重点。

Influencing Factors of Industrial Carbon Emission and Carbon Emission Reduction
Measures in Linyi

Abstract: Industrial energy conservation and emission reduction is an important task to achieve the carbon peaking and carbon
neutrality goals in China. Based on the industrial carbon emission data of Linyi City of Shandong Province from 2011 to 2020, this
paper established the decomposition model of industrial carbon emission in Linyi by LMDI addition decomposition, and analyzed
the relevant factors affecting industrial carbon emission in Linyi. The empirical results show that the total effect of industrial
carbon emission in Linyi is positive, and the total industrial carbon emission increases. The economic scale effect and industrial
structure effectare positive. The increase of industrial output value and the number of enterprises with high carbon emission are
the main driving factors for the increase of industrial carbon emission. The energy intensity effect and carbon emission factor effect
are negative, indicating that the improvement of energy utilization efficiency and the reduction of energy carbon emission rate of
industrial enterprises in Linyi are the key work of energy conservation and emission reduction.
