新时期下碳交易对节能减排技术创新的影响分析

摘要: 2011 年起,国家开展碳排放权交易试点,2017 年启动了全国碳排放交易体系,这在很大程度上让企业能深度
参与到碳交易中,提高节能减排力度,提升可再生能源利用效率,促进绿色低碳发展。当前中国节能减排创新技术种类
多样、政府主导性强、体系丰富,而碳交易市场仍存在着较大的发展空间。为了为碳交易市场更好地建设做理论铺垫,
针对碳交易对节能减排技术创新的影响进行分析,并从提高科研投入、提升市场需求、构建影响路径三方面,明确了影
响方式。

Impact of Carbon Trading on Technology Innovation of Energy Conservation and Emission
Reduction in New Era

Abstract: Since 2011, China has carried out carbon emission trading pilot projects, and launched the national carbon emission
trading system in 2017, which allows enterprises to deeply participate in carbon trading to a large extent, improve energy
conservation and emission reduction, improve the efficiency of renewable energy utilization, and promote green and low-carbon
development. At present, China has a variety of innovative technologies for energy conservation and emission reduction, strong
government leadership and rich systems, while the carbon trading market still has a large space for development. In order to pave
the way for the better construction of the carbon trading market, this paper analyzed the impact of carbon trading on the
technology innovation of energy conservation and emission reduction, and clarified the impact ways from three aspects: improving
scientific research investment, enhancing market demand, and building the impact path.
