变频节能技术在煤矿机电设备中的应用

摘要: 中国作为煤炭大国,煤炭行业的发展可在一定程度上促进中国经济的可持续发展。同时煤矿企业也增加了对
其他能源的消耗,主要体现在生产中需要大量的大功率机电设备。因此对煤矿实行节能,降低其能源消耗,必须从大功
率的机电设备入手,而变频技术是现阶段应用比较广泛的节能技术之一。基于此,对变频节能技术的应用以及原理进行
了分析,并对其维护展开了阐述,最大化地实现节能,在节约能源消耗的同时使得煤矿的生产效率有效提高。

Abstract: As a large coal country, the development of coal industry can promote the sustainable development of China's economy
to a certain extent. At the same time, coal mine enterprises have also increased their consumption of other energy, which is mainly
reflected in the need for a large number of high-power electromechanical equipment in production. Therefore, to save energy in
coal mines and reduce their energy consumption, enterprises must start with these high-power electromechanical equipment.
Frequency conversion technology is one of the energy saving technologies that are widely used at this stage. Based on this, this
paper analyzed the application and principle of frequency conversion energy saving technology, and described its maintenance, to
maximize energy saving and effectively improve the production efficiency of coal mines while saving energy consumption.
