600 MW锅炉旋流燃烧器超低负荷稳燃数值模拟研究

摘要: 为了实现锅炉在高负荷情况下整体燃烧工况变化不大,整体运行较优化前无大变化,另外在20%额定负荷情
况下燃烧器能够保证煤粉稳定燃烧的目标,对600 MW 锅炉旋流燃烧器提出了优化方案,并开展了数值模拟优化研究。
通过结果对比,提出了适当缩小浓缩器内径的最优方案。

Steady Combustion

Abstract: In order to achieve that the overall combustion conditions of the boiler do not change much under high load
conditions, and the overall operation has no major changes compared to before optimization, on the other hand, the burner can
ensure the stable combustion of pulverized coal under 20% rated load, an optimization scheme was proposed for the swirl burner
of a 600 MW boiler, and numerical simulation optimization research was carried out. By comparing the results, it was proposed
that the inner diameter of the concentrator should be appropriately reduced as the optimal scheme.
