复杂地质条件巷道快速掘进技术研究

摘要: 智能化是实现煤矿减人增效、提高安全生产保障能力的主要途径之一。以15103 运输顺槽掘进为工程背景,
针对掘进区域内地质构造复杂的问题,提出将智能化掘进工艺应用到巷道掘进中,以期实现复杂地质条件下巷道快速掘
进,并对智能化掘进工艺中涉及到的智能掘进机、智能直驱带式输送机、单轨吊、自移式机尾、锚杆钻车等关键设备等
进行分析。现场应用后,15103 运输顺槽掘进效率得以显著提升,人员使用数量明显减少,取得了较好的应用成果。

Fast Tunneling Technology for Roadways with Complex Geological Conditions

Abstract: Intelligentization is one of the main ways to reduce the number of people and increase the efficiency of coal mines and
improve the ability to ensure safe production. Taking 15103 transportation gateway tunneling as the engineering background, in view
of the complex geological structure in the tunneling area, it was proposed to apply the intelligent tunneling technology to roadway
tunneling, in order to achieve rapid roadway tunneling in complex geological conditions, and analyze the key equipment involved
in the intelligent tunneling technology, such as intelligent roadheader, intelligent direct drive belt conveyor, monorail crane, selfpropelled
tail, rock bolt drill truck, etc. After field application, the tunneling efficiency of 15103 transportation gateway has been
significantly improved, and the number of personnel has been significantly reduced, which has achieved good application results.
