综放工作面煤层夹矸弱化技术研究

摘要: 综放工作面回采时面临着资源回收率低的问题,这不利于煤炭资源的高效利用。其中,综放工作面顶煤中的
夹矸对回收率影响较大。针对山西铺龙湾煤业有限公司5111 综放工作面回采时顶煤夹矸厚度大且层数多的问题,采用了
深孔爆破的方式对煤层夹矸进行弱化。对深孔爆破弱化煤层夹矸的一些施工参数进行了设计。现场实践可以发现,在进
行弱化后,煤炭资源的回收率提高了12%~16%,采用的弱化技术应用效果显著。

Weakening Technology of Coal Seam Gangue in Fully Mechanized Caving Face

Abstract: The problem of low recovery rate of resources is faced with in the mining of fully mechanized caving face, which is not
conducive to the efficient utilization of coal resources. Among them, the gangue in the top coal of the fully mechanized caving face
has a great impact on the recovery rate. Aiming at the problem of large thickness and many layers of top coal gangue in 5111 fully
mechanized caving face of Shanxi Pulongwan Coal Industry Co., Ltd., the method of deep-hole blasting was adopted to weaken the
coal seam gangue. Some construction parameters of deep-hole blasting to weaken the gangue in coal seams were designed. Field
practice shows that after weakening, the recovery rate of coal resources has increased by 12% - 16%, and the application effect of
the weakening technology adopted is remarkable.
