窄煤柱沿空掘巷技术关键参数的研究与应用

摘要: 由于在巷道的高整体稳定性和高采出率方面的独特优点,窄煤柱沿空掘巷技术已成为中国沿空掘巷技术的发
展方向。而沿空掘巷技术能否成功实施,关键在于煤柱宽度是否合理和围岩支护方案是否有效。因此,为研究煤柱宽度
与沿空巷道围岩应力及变形特征之间的关系,以内蒙古A 煤矿12000 工作面胶带顺槽为研究对象,通过理论分析计算、
工程实践等方法,确定了12000 工作面胶带顺槽的合理煤柱宽度为5 m。并对沿空掘巷的支护方案进行设计,通过对巷
道围岩变形量进行测量,发现巷道围岩变形均在可控范围内,取得了良好的效果。研究成果为类似矿井沿空掘巷提供了
参考。

Abstract: Due to the unique advantages of the high overall stability of roadway and high recovery rate, the narrow coal pillar
gob-side entry driving technology has become the development direction of the gob-side entry driving technology in China. The
key to the successful implementation of gob-side entry driving technology is whether the width of coal pillar is reasonable and
whether the surrounding rock support scheme is effective. Therefore, in order to study the relationship between the width of coal
pillar and the stress and deformation characteristics of surrounding rock of goaf, taking belt crossheading at 12000 working face of
A Coal Mine in Inner Mongolia as the research object, the reasonable coal pillar width for belt crossheading at 12000 working
face is determined to be 5 m through theoretical analysis and calculation, engineering practice and other methods. The supporting
scheme of roadway driving along goaf were designed. By measuring the deformation of roadway surrounding rock, it is found that
the deformation of roadway surrounding rock is in a controllable range, which has achieved good results. The research results
provide a reference for similar mines to excavate roadway along goaf.
