煤矿数字化转型实践研究

摘要： 深度剖析了煤炭领域数字化转型升级的意义，阐述了陕西A 煤矿数字化转型实践案例。该煤矿主要通过运营
“煤亮子”产业互联网平台，不断创新顶层设计，推动自身商业模式与技术创新双向迭代，构建覆盖煤炭领域全产业链的
价值服务体系。另外提出了煤炭行业数字化转型升级的新构想，对于传统企业高质量发展极具启示意义。

Abstract: This paper deeply analyzed the significance of the digital transformation and upgrading in the coal field, and
expounded the practical case of the digital transformation of A Coal Mine of Shaanxi, which mainly operates the "Meiliangzi"
industrial internet platform to constantly innovate the top-level design, promote the two-way iteration of their business model and
technological innovation, and build a value service system covering the entire industrial chain in the coal field. In addition, it
proposed a new concept of digital transformation and upgrading of coal industry, which is of great significance for the high-quality
development of traditional enterprises.
