摘要: 针对胶带输送机发生火灾后CO 在矿井系统中的扩散过程,分析了其发生机理,以棋盘井煤矿东翼实际巷道系
统为背景,运用通风仿真软件,根据试验参数设置了非线性CO 释放源,模拟了不同地点胶带输送机发生火灾时矿井系
统各巷道CO 体积分数、CO 扩散速率和CO 扩散动态发展过程。结果表明:胶带输送机火灾的发展过程中产生的CO 从
缓慢增长发展到激烈增长;CO 的扩散速率与CO 释放速率(即火势强度) 呈正相关;CO 最先扩散至邻近的巷道中,并
会在回风大巷中被稀释;巷道风量对CO 的体积分数和扩散方向起决定性作用。模拟结果在一定程度上揭示了火灾烟气
在矿井通风系统中的扩散规律,对灾变通风和应急逃生方案制定等具有一定的指导意义。

Ventilation Simulation of CO Gas Diffusion Law in Belt Conveyor Fire

Abstract: Aiming at the CO diffusion process in the mine system after the fire of belt conveyor, this paper analyzed the mechanism
of its occurrence. Taking the actual roadway system of the east wing of Qipanjing Coal Mine as the background, the nonlinear CO
release source was set according to the test parameters by using ventilation simulation software, to simulate the dynamic development
process of CO volume fraction, CO diffusion rate and CO diffusion in each roadway of the mine system when fire occurred in belt
conveyer at different locations. The results showed that the CO produced in belt conveyor fire developed from slow growth to
intense growth; the diffusion rate of CO was positively correlated with the release rate of CO (i.e. fire intensity); CO first diffused
into the roadway adjacent to it, and was to be diluted in the air-return roadway; roadway air volume played a decisive role in the
volume fraction and diffusion direction of CO. The simulation results reveal the diffusion law of fire smoke in mine ventilation
system to a certain extent, and have certain guiding significance for disaster ventilation and emergency escape plan formulation.
