“双碳”背景下能源行业的发展与展望

摘要： 碳达峰、碳中和的目的是减小工业发展对生态环境以及人体健康的影响，不能将“双碳”政策简单理解为
“减少能源的使用”。在保证经济继续增长、能源供应充足的前提下，减轻甚至抵消对环境的负担才是“双碳”政策的真
正目的。对国内的新能源种类、新能源应用技术的现状进行了阐述，并就实际的应用情况与困难进行了分析，以期为能
源行业转型与可持续发展提供一些有效的建议。

Development and Prospect of Energy Industry under Background of Carbon Peaking and
Carbon Neutrality

Abstract: The purpose of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality is to decrease the impact of industrial development on the
ecological environment and human health. The "dual carbon" policy cannot be simply interpreted as "reducing energy use". On
the premise of ensuring continued economic growth and sufficient energy supply, reducing or even offsetting the burden on the
environment is the true goal of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality policy. This paper described the current domestic new
energy types and the current status of new energy application technologies, and analyzed the actual application conditions and
difficulties, in order to provide some effective suggestions for the transformation and sustainable development of the energy industry.
