关于提高灰岩抽采系统瓦斯纯量的研究

摘要: 为有效提升灰岩瓦斯抽采体积分数及纯量,针对井下实际情况和灰岩瓦斯赋存特征,分析了灰岩抽采系统存
在的问题及相关主要原因,探讨了采取的针对性措施,即封堵抽采影响范围内的各种漏气通道,使用低浓抽采系统对井
田内边缘低浓钻场进行截流抽采,并优化下组煤采掘关系,减少采掘对灰岩补给瓦斯的影响。经过综合治理后,高浓抽
采系统瓦斯体积分数提高7%左右,抽采纯量提高13 m3/min 左右,证明采用上述综合措施可有效提升灰岩瓦斯的抽采量
和抽采瓦斯体积分数。

Improving Pure Gas Content of Limestone Gas Extraction System

Abstract: In order to effectively improve the gas volume fraction and pure gas content of limestone gas extraction, according to
the actual underground situation and the characteristics of limestone gas occurrence, this paper analyzed the problems existing in
limestone gas extraction system and the relevant main reasons, and discussed the targeted measures taken, that is, blocking all
kinds of gas leakage channels within the influence range of extraction, using low-concentration extraction system to intercept and
extract the low-concentration drilling field at the inner edge of the well field, and optimize the mining relationship of lower coal
group to reduce the influence of mining on limestone gas recharge. After comprehensive treatment, the gas volume fraction of the
high-concentration extraction system was increased by about 7%, and the pure gas extraction quantity was increased by about
13 m3/min, which proved that the application of the above comprehensive measures can effectively improve the extraction quantity
and volume fraction of limestone gas.
